Sad news

Today as I left school I walked down to the car and wondered why the bedsheet that is put on the seats when the dogs are in the car was on there. Our oldest dog Ben is old now and has had an awesome life, anyway on the way home I just had a gut feeling something was up, my father was quiet and wouldn't give an answer to why my brother couldn't go out. I had the feeling when I walked in Ben wouldn't be there. Well he was laying on the floor with my mother. My mother and father explained he will be put down on saturday, his weight has gone down 16kg in a short amount of time, he now weighs less than me and I am very skinny and dont weigh much atall. He has had a wonderful life, such a great pet but its for the best, now he struggles to get up and sometimes pees while doing it. He is very happy and cheerful, generally being his usual self but he is suffering he has to be with the amount of things he has wrong. I doubt I will attend school tomorrow and at the moment my family is suffering its first serious death, my mother who is really attached to Ben is very sad and our household has a really downbeat atomsphere, the fact that Ben is going to be gone in the matter of 2 days (the vets gave us 2 days to say our goodbyes and give him the best 2 days of his life) is always in the back of our minds, we cooked him liver tonight and he devoured it in seconds.
Rest in peace Ben, you will be dearly missed.

well i've noticed a strange thing recently. i'm really attracted by men who are 28-33. i have no idea why that happens like this.
luckily it doesn't influence my relationship with J. anyhow. i love my sweet boy. even though he isn't 30 yet. LOL.

yeah..my beloved cat died some time ago..he had been living with us for 8 years..actually i can say he grew up with me...
so i really sympathize with you. i wish you to overcome that pain.

Yeah katia, thats weird :S.
My cat died too, not soo long too. Ben loved our cat, she was like 13. She had been hit by a car and managed to crawl home.
