JD Howard, Internet Predator

Yes, the J. D. Howard I am speaking of, the "executive" of Palo Alto, not only made several rape threats against me.

But he said he thought rape was hilarous, women deserved it, AND that he was glad the statute of limitations had given out on SEVERAL RAPES that he had committed before!

J.D. Howard SAID HE WAS A RAPIST.  He has RAPED BEFORE.

I wonder if there are unsolved rapes in the Palo Alto area.

That is another thing I am telling the police tomorrow.

Maybe they can solve some unsolved crimes there, after they notify the Palo Alto police.
