I was on the train a while ago and i was just staring at one of my bracelets, the red and green one that i made at the Kwaanza festival last year. I thought of how much i loved this bracelet and suddenly i had to think of who id want to have it if i were to die someday soon....so heres the way id want all my crap divided up.
to chuz (my partner in chrime), i leave my green and red bracelet along with any piece of cheap costume jewlery of mine that you have ever admired...oh yeah and you can keep Kurt Cobain, in the hopes that youll finish it someday before YOU die.
to diana, i leave my copy of A Room Full of Mirrors. Even if youve already read it, i would like you to keep it.
to ashanti (not me! the other one!) , i leave my copy of The Dirt. Theres some shit in that book to shock your life, my friend.
to ahmee, the baby who could always make me laugh, even when i was pissed off, i leave my entire musical collection. Maybe itll help you understand the sister you barely got to know.
to icky, my sun, i leave any and every piece of paper that i had ever written a meaningful word down on. And do pray that youll forgive me for the things i could never admit in life. i love you more than i could ever say.
to nailah, i leave three things: my American Girl doll, my iPod, and my piggy bank. Put it in your college fund it might just be the last 26 dollars that you need to pay in full.
to tariq, i leave my laptop. Do with it what you will.
to nick, i leave my learner bass guitar. I would have never let you touch.
to colin, even though it may not be as great as you had imagined, i leave to you my bass. simple as that. What you say!? Shut up!
to nelis, i leave all of my books. and a recommendation for one of my favorites. Fortunate Son by Walter Mosley.
i cant think of anymore right now but i love you all even those i didnt mention. thanks for everything.
god...im so dramatic!
