i feel like this is important enough to post in here as well as in my myspace blog.

for some background info, brendan was a year older than me in school, graduated last year. he died thursday morning at around 1 AM after he hit a tree on mansfield city road. he fell asleep behind the wheel. though i never really talked to him before, this is the kid who was most famous my freshman year for crawling around the school's vent system, falling through the ceiling tiles into an english class, and jumping out of a second story window. nice plan.

anyway, this hit me a little, seeing as someone so well known will never be seen again. this could be any one of us.

rest in peace, brendan.
