I just ate a 5 buttery, garlicy, amazing bread sticks and 3 cheesey, gooy, and downright fattening pieces of pizza. Its sad to say that I needed that before I jump start my weight-loss goals. Looking at my calender, I am free all afternoon. I'm writing down gym for the afternoon. Graduation is in 4 months. FOUR!!!! oh shit. I have so much to do. But none of it will mean anything if I don't lose atleast 20 pounds by graduation. I'm weighing in at 150.2353 pounds and I can't say I look bad but I could use improvement in my legs and belly. Not only am I trying to lose weight to look good but for my health as well. I don't want to die at a young age!
But about looking good. Not only do I need to find a prom dress and a graduation dress but I want to look HOTT for summer. Okay Okay there isn't a beach in Wichita, Kansas but what if I go to Mexico or France or the Bahamas on a surprise graduation gift?! Hmmm... I know I can do it. But my motivation is really off. I find myself looking into the future all the time but I never imagine what I'll look like.
Another issue is if I don't see results right away I give up. I know that is so not that way I need to lose weight it takes time!
Starting at 7 am on Thursday January 28, 2010 I will begin my journey into the world of weight-loss and being healthy while trying to enjoy my last semester of senior year before heading of to COLORADO STATE.
