controling people

I haven't finished reading A place called here, it's turning out to be a really interesting book. I've also gone back to reading Controling People. I'm learning a lot of things concerning controling people, like for example sometimes, controling people will make up pretend people in thier mind(the pretend person, is how they want thier loved ones to be) and so whenever the loved one, reacts in a way, that the controlers pretend person would react, the controler gets angry, because thier loved one isn't acting the way, they had set in thier mind for them to react.
