Changes for afternoon 7.22.07

Added the number of members and number of entries on the front page (not counting news, special announcements, etc)

Modified the random read sql to join against the member counts so that it brings in members with at least one entry now.

Put a redirect on the signin page so that we don't visit it from the front page (sucks cuz you still see the signin link tho on the static html...)

Added a make your own link on all the entries and list of entries for non-logged-in users.

Cleared out todlist with:

• Set up stats website (we'll use 102 degree's service when this comes out)
• Hold deleted entries for 30 days.  They can just contact us
• protect users from anonymous named comments same as usernames (decided not to do this... cuz like for u sernames like 'johnny' that will get rid of a ton of visitors abilities to comment otherwise!  Plus it might give away usernames and we don't wanna do that)
