My experience with a PT Cruiser

So while my RX-8 was in the shop, I got a loaner car - a grey PT Cruiser.  How horrible... go from a low, corner hugging, fast car to a van like vehicle.

So, the first drive I take is around a normal unmarked corner at 35.  Normally I never notice this... but on the PT, the center of gravity shifted extremely fast and I got scared.  I learned that I had to slow down around alot of the corners... eh... I guess thats ok.  

Then, leaving the mexican restaurant with some friends, a 4 cyl toyota started driving down the highway.  I had to turn off the a/c to keep up with it!

Over all, I would not recommend a PT cruiser... from its oddly placed controls to its low amount of torque and power (at least on the model I had), to its large shape for only 5 seats, its not a good choice.
