It is so hard to hear of highschool friends who are having a rough time now. Especially when I don't even hear about it from them. It is so hard to know my friends are going through something and I can't talk to them or help them with anything. People change so much after highschool, and it's almost like that friendship will never be the same again. Is there really such a thing as life-long friends then? What about that friend that I only talk to once every four months but still feel like such close friends when we do talk?

The other heartbreaking thing I've recently experienced is how people cannot get past a simple reference to Christians in order to understand the rest of what I am saying. Especially when those people are suppose to be my friends, so you think they would be able to actually listen to what I'm saying, but I'm finding that that is not true.

All in all, I'm just sad about what is going on in my friends life and how some of them won't let me be a friend to them.
