My Kids

I usually have about 10 kids in my group/class...i would like to describe them

Jon (5)- Is obsesses with heavy machinery. EVERYTHING and EVERYONE is a front end loaded. Singing old macdonald? He had a front end loader. What did her do this weekend? Saw a front end loader...he is always touching and always grabbing.

Kemi (5)- I don't have her very much. She's the smarted in my group, mostly because she goes to kindergarten. She has a brother and her parents are getting divorced, and she's ok with that. Kemi is a nice addition to my group because she usually follows the directions. however, she ruins every story i tell because she knows them all!

Erik (5)- he and I are best friends. He can tell you the weather forcast for the whole week and spell a few words. pretty smart kid, but he gets angry about getting angry. if i ask him if he accidently stepped on a friends toe he will hit me and kick at me and i just remove him from the other kids and let him calm down. he never wants to do anything, but is the first one ready to start. weird.

Cordelia (4)- she is the grumpiest child i have ever me! she doesn't want to be touched, talked to or looked at. nothing is fair to her. she slumps her shoulders and i rarely see her smile. she needs a lot of sleep and gets sick easily!

Abilgayle (4)- i like to call her the multipersonality girl or bipolar girl. she will be hugging me one second and the next she will be screaming at me abotu how much she hates me and never wants to be my friend again. she gets red fast. i ignore her a lot because she easily pushes my buttons.

Josie B (4)- here is a girl that needs a lot of attention. one on one, we're great. but in a group setting, she is the one trying to get everyone else to not follow the rules. she's always playing when we're supposed to be reading and running around in circles and making messes. she is obsessed with babies and is a pathological stealer/liar. everyone blames this on her lack of sleep. i blame this on her mother- she has no control over the girl.

Kali (4)- she is one of my favorites. very smart girl, very welll behaved, very cute. no complaints about her and she is good for conversation!

Isabella (4)- she is a child that needs more working with. she can't spell her own name and is hard to carry a conversation with. she doesnt want to do anything and will spend all her time sitting in one spot if you'll let her. i'm glad she only comes on Thurs and Fris because even though she never gets in trouble, i would rather have a kid be more active.

Madison BB (3.9)- Madison is turning 4 in a couple of weeks! She is my favorite, however she sucks her thumb and twirls her hair constantly. She cries a lot but she knows the words to every song. she is very cute she tells me all the stories she has about being alone. she has lots of nightmares and i worry about her. but she cuddles with me a lot, and i think that's why i like her.

Ella (4)- she is a whiner! she complains all the time, explodes constantly and nothing is fair. she spends time with josie just so she can cry about something. a girl of average intelligence but great beauty.

Leo (4)- Leo doesn't have much of a personality. He is well behaved if left alone but will follow along with what anyone else wants to do. kind of a cute kid, but i can take him or leave him.

Emma and Makayla (4ish? & 3) These girls need some work. i cannot understand what they are saying ever and their sentences are not even whole yet. a 3 year old can talk in sentences,. these girls cannot. even if you hold their hands and show them what they are supposed to do, they rarely get it. lame. is not talking with your children a form of child abuse? it should be.

Maggie (4)- cries all the time because she is only there for a little bit. her parents are foriegn athletes and i feel that affects her speech. not a fun kid to be around because she doesn't do much, just complains about being there.

Nathan V (4)- I like it when this kid isn't in my group. Another kid with a speech problem and he runs and runs and screams and then runs and then screams. he must have no discipline at home.

Caleb (3ish)- He is a very sad kid, very clingy and holds onto a shirt all the time (his tag).

Zach (4)- I dont' like it when he's in my group because then he and Jon run around until the cows come home. they are best friends. however, alone, zach has no attention span and his kind of a dorky kid. i think he's jewish, but that doesnt mean much to me.

so, those are the kids i have on a regular basis. i like 2 of them? sad....oh well. perhaps i shall move on with my life soon?
