Work is making me sick

So, whoever told me the schedule totally screwed me over, and I wonder if she's doing this on porpuse? I'm probably making a much bigger deal out of this than I should...but I fear for my job (the one I don't even like)

 So I am with the 4's this week. I like 4 year olds, and it's been pretty good. Hectic at times, but good enough that I'm sane at the end of the day. But with the 4 year olds I have this entire different schedule than the one I trained on. So all week I've been trying to figure out how to make things work. And they're a pretty sensitive group so working around that is pretty difficult too.

But I'm actually feeling sick about what just happened. I was told to set up Nap for Brandi. I was also told that I should help out with Brandi a little bit if I have time, but if I didn't then no big deal. Well, I set up Brandi's nap...and then I started setting up nap for everyone else. Then my kids ended up putting their toys away and wanted a flannel board story. So i had them play with the flannel boards while I did some more work on setting up nap. Then I did some stories with them for a while....and then I had them do puzzles while I did some more nap setting up. I got out 90% of the mats, wrote their names down and put them on the mats. That isn't a whole lot because it takes a lot of time to put the sheets on and the blankets out...but I was told in the first place that I DIDNT HAVE TO DO NAP. so Brandi comes up to me at 12:45 and tells me that she's going to put out nap. Mind you that I started at almost 12ish and her kids were down by 12:15ish. And yes, flannel boards did take quite a bit of time...but I thought we had plenty of time because I was TOLD that nap started at 1pm. So when I was having my kids clean up my boss comes rushing out and starts putting the blankets out and then my replacement person comes in and she's putting the blankets down and my kids are picking up and then i'm singing to them so they aren't running all over the place because the mats aren't done.

so what i'm trying to figure out is why did Brandi and someone else tell me that I ONLY had to put on Brandi's mats? When OBVIOUSLY i had to put out everyone's mats? Why was there this mad rush at 12:50 and why in the Hell did the cook want to know why my kids weren't laying down? Every other day at 1pm that is when nap starts. Where did Brandi want my kids to go at 12:45? She told me I could take my kids...well, where? They were supposed to be at nap!

So i'm really pissed off that I look bad for not finishing nap. :( But it wasn't my job, but still it looks like my fault. And even if my boss did talk to me about it, a good lead teacher would have stepped up and finished the task by a certain time. Unfortunately, i don't even know when that time is :(

 I have to get out of this place!
