To upload your picture, you have to click on 'my pics' at the top. Then, make sure to add an album by clicking 'add album' - I named mine pictures of me.
Then, after thats done, click 'add picture' -a nd you can upload your pictures. Did you know you can also upload an avatar or buddy icon this way? once you've uploaded it, take a look at your pics - then click the link below it called 'use as profile picture'
