Its ok - it happens to the best of us. In order to reset your password, you need access to the e-mail address you used when you signed up. Then, just click the 'Forgot Password?' link below the signin box. This will step you through the process to reset your password.
Your username is located in each URL that you use for your JEMDiary. For example, if your URL to share your JEMDiary is http://www.jemdiary.com/read/bigwriter , your username is probably 'bigwriter'.
If you completely forgot your username, it may be a bit more difficult. Contact JEMDiary for more information on getting this information. We will need to verify more information about your account to continue.
If you keep getting your password wrong, you may want to click the 'Forgot Password' link near the signin box. You may not remember your password correctly. Remember, passwords are CaSe SeNsAtIve. Also, make sure you're using your correct username and not your firstname or nickname. Finally, your account may be locked by JEMDiary. For more on this, keep reading.
From time to time, to preserve yours and JEMDiary's security, it may be necessary to lock an account. This is very rare. Your account is not locked and you're not being penalized - we just need to verify something or clarify something.
