I deleted a picture - how can I get it back?
In order to upload a picture, you must first make an album. Albums hold all of your pictures. This helps organize them as well as give user's a hint about what these pictures about.
Right now, the diary only supports adding an URL for an image. You might have done this before with services like PhotoBucket, etc. We're working on making this easier for you to do in JEMDiary - but right now its limited. You can view your pictures in full size, then possibly right click and choose copy image location or copy image URL. This will allow you to post your image URL into your diary.
Once you upload a picture to an album, you can choose for that image to be your profile picture. Once you choose it, you're allowed to crop the image and pick the most important part of the image. Then, a new copy is made for you. You can delete the old image if you no longer want it. When you change your profile picture, your old one is deleted.
We keep deleted pictures for a couple days - just in case there was an accident. Although it can't be guaranteed that we can retrieve these images, in most cases if you send us an e-mail immediately, we may be able to restore it.
