JEMDiary Password Reset Help

How do I reset my password?
I never received my e-mail.
I don't have access to that e-mail account anymore.
I get an error message or it keeps redirecting me to request my password again


How does this work?

In order to reset your password when you've forgotten it, we ask for your username. After you provide this, we'll send an e-mail with a special link in it to your e-mail address on account. Click the link and you'll be taken back to JEMDiary with a page to choose a new password. Then, you're all set.

I never received my e-mail.

When you filled in your username, we sent an e-mail to the address we have on file for your account. If you did not receive it, try it again. Also, check your junk/bulk mail folder for these e-mails. If you think that you are not receiving your e-mail, you may have an older account on file. Continue reading:

Unfortunately, this is the only way we do verify information to reset passwords. However, you can still contact JEMDiary - we may be able to figure out a way to help you out.

Its just not working!

For whatever reason, your link is not working. It may give you an error or it may be redirecting your page. Sometimes this happens if the link you're clicking is not the entire link. Try completely copying and pasting the URL into your address bar. If this still doesn't work, forward your e-mail to us. We'll verify its authenticity - and help you set something up to reset your password.
